International Conference on Serviceology 2015 (ICServ2015) Call for Paper

The 3rd international conference on Serviceology (ICServ 2015) will be held for July 7 - 9, 2015 in San Jose, CA, USA. It is the first meeting held outside of Japan. The main goal of this conference is to provide opportunities for researchers from academia and industry to share the latest technologies, methodologies, and case studies toward co-creation of services in a sustainable society. ICServ 2015 will run just before Frontiers in Service, the pioneer conference in management of service, which will be held July 9 - 12 at the same venue.

January 31: INFORMS Service Science Journal submission
February 28 : Full paper and Short paper submission
April 15 : Notification of acceptance
May 15 : Early Registration
June 8: Last day to book at  Marriott hotel(s) offering your special group rate
July 7-9 : Conference

If your paper is ready for journals, INFORMS Service Science Journal encourages you to submit a full paper by 1/31/2015. Please do not forget to submit an abstract to ICServ2015 by 1/18/2015 as well. 

Abstract & Paper submission
Please submit your abstract and paper through the Online Conference System (OCS) powered by Springer: http://ocs.springer.com/ocs/home/ICServ2015

ICServ2015 calls for following paper types:
- Full papers (Research papers), which are presenting interesting recent results or novel ideas on service researches.
- Short papers (Works-in-progress papers), which are presenting interesting and exciting recent results or on-going research including case studies, or novel ideas on businesses.

All authors must submit the abstract (100-300 words) of their paper by January 18. Then all authors must submit full and short papers by February 28 using each template at the web site.

Publication
Accepted full papers and short papers (an abstract in the case of a presentation file) will be published on a single-volume conference PDF file.

If you are interested in submitting the INFORMS Service Science journal, please submit a full paper by Jan/31/2015 from the site above with a comment "ICServ2015" as well as submitting an abstract to ICServ2015 by Jan/18/2015. If the paper goes to journal process, then only the abstract will goes to ICServ proceedings.
